The PC Guys was created in 2006 from a vision that cousins Steve Hossan and Kyle Hossan had for a computer service company that would provide honest, friendly, personal, and knowledgeable service. Prior to The PC Guys, Steve worked for Gateway as well as an HP Repair Service Center. His passion for computers started at Danbury High School and he has been working on PC’s since the late 90’s. Kyle worked for Dell Support handling warranty on-site repairs before he made the full-time leap to The PC Guys.
“It is important to us that that we develop a relationship with our clients so they can feel comfortable calling with any computer issues”. Originally working out of a basement, the company grew, and they knew they had to expand into their own space. In 2013, Steve and Kyle secured their 1st office on the second floor at 40 ½ Padanaram Rd in Danbury. Together with family and friends, they built the shop and PC Guys naturally continued to expand.
In 2017, Kyle and his family moved to North Carolina where he continues to work in IT. Steve became the sole owner and after some restructuring, his wife Jen joined The PC Guys to assist with the daily operations of the shop.
2021 brought even more exciting changes to the team at The PC Guys. A first-floor spot opened in the plaza and once again, with the help of family and friends, The PC Guys built up their new shop! Armed with new signage and a more convenient first floor location, the PC Guys is here to help you with your computer needs!
